Safety tip: The feet don’t have tons of skin and muscle to protect the bones. When performing bastinado, keep in mine to harsh of impact that can affect the bones. Hitting bone too hard can also cause undesired bleeding under the skin (not referring to bruising.)

I remember when the discussion of bastinado play first came up, my submissive Was not sure that it would be something she would enjoy…Until I used leather straps to secure her calves and ankles together while using a cane on the soles of her feet.
