As kinky as I was from my teens; I never engaged in Impact Play until I entered the real time BDSM community here in Los Angeles and a s-type requested me to spank her with a paddle. I really enjoyed her reactions and desires for pain; thus that was started my journey into Impact Play.

This is a good question. I really don’t know why I like impact play. I get a thrill while giving and receiving.

At first Seeing all the bruises scared me. I knew i could take pain I just didn’t know how much. Slowly i learned that I could be eased into more pain. I love being flogged and spanked openhanded they most. After knocking some things off my hard limit list, I also found that i enjoy belts and riding crops.

When I’m in the giving role it is the power exchange that gets my blood flowing. I really like being in control during impact play.

When I’m in the Receiving role it’s about the pain. I love the sensation of a wide flat paddle. Not a big fan of whips.

My journey with impact play is about a year long so far. I have loved everything about it.

What is your favorite tools and toys for impact play?

It was my first exposure to kink, for one. I like the athletic, physical component of it. There is also how flexible it is. You can blast someone out the frame or just gently caress them, and the result can be the same. I’ve always found it fascinating.

It’s exciting and diverse in the vibes it can create. I enjoy the creativity some impact tops put into their scenes. The brown wooden paddle is boring. Hit me with a lightsaber so I know it’s real!!!!

Impact is an outlet for healing for me. Especially giving. I enjoy the energy trance that comes from doing repetitive tapping/drumming on people. My focus is more massage like and the goal is helping people relax or let go. For me it’s tapping into the flow that really does it for me.
