For every browsing request, Cultured Kink collects your IP address, browser type, language preference, the referring page, the page you requested, and the date and time.  We also track specific events for statistical purposes to help us with continued development of the website.

Upon registering, Cultured Kink asks you for your email address and date of birth. We use your email address to send out updates and other essential information, and we also ask for your date of birth to make sure you are aged 21 or over.

No individual under the age of 21 is allowed to join Cultured Kink and we do not knowingly collect any information from anyone under the age of 21.  If a member is found to be underage, their account and all associated information will be deleted immediately.

Cultured Kink uses cookies to keep you logged in, remember your preferences, and improve your experience while you are using our website.  We do not share any information about our members with third parties.  

Copies of any correspondence with Cultured Kink will be retained in the event that it is needed in the future.

If you choose to donate money to or purchase anything from the Cultured Kink site, all personal information you provide will not be stored and will only be used for those purposes.

Cultured Kink may now or in the future share certain non-identifiable information with other entities about how the members collectively use the site.  We may share statistics on how many daily, weekly, and monthly active members we have, but this information will never be sold to advertisers or marketers.

To summarize, Cultured Kink will only share your info:

● To help law enforcement or other agencies to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, violations of our Terms of Service, or as otherwise required by law.

Under no circumstances will Cultured Kink give your information or data to anyone unless it is court-ordered. Cultured Kink will always reject any and all requests from law enforcement when they seek data or information without a court order. We will always refuse requests for data or information about our members that we believe to be legally improper.

Unless prohibited from doing so, if Cultured Kink is ordered to share your data or information in response to a legal request, we will give you advanced notice so you can challenge it, if allowed.

We use third-party vendors and hosting partners for hardware, software, networking, storage, and related technology we need to operate Cultured Kink’s website and business.  All data is backed up daily.

All data sent through our website is encrypted and sent using HTTPS.

Depending on the content type, when a member deletes something from their profile, it will no longer be visible to other members on the site, but it may take up to 30 days for it to be permanently deleted from our database.

When a member requests that their account be deleted, it is saved for seven days and then permanently deleted from our database.

Backups and web server logs are permanently deleted within 30 days of their creation.

We do not track your online browsing activity on other websites, and we do not permit third-party services to track your activity on Cultured Kink. We do, however, use Matomo Analytics to track non-identifiable activity on Cultured Kink for the purpose of improving our users’ experiences on the site. Although Matomo Analytics is a web analytics software that has a purpose to track user activity on Cultured Kink, we take privacy very seriously.
